Mountain Biking for Beginners

Our mountain bike coaching sessions for beginners is designed to teach you the basics of mountain biking so you can feel confident on the trails and enjoy cycling off-road. All our sessions are tailored to the ability and fitness level of the individual and we can progress at a rate that is both comfortable and challenging.

If you’re unsure of your level, don’t worry, many people over/underestimate their ability and have both strengths and weaknesses in their riding.
